Official Rules and Terms: Callaway Leaderboard Challenge

Presented by Leaderboard Golf, Inc. (“Leaderboard”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Eligibility

This Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have an active Leaderboard Golf account.

The following are not eligible:

Employees, officers, and directors of Leaderboard Golf or Callaway Golf Company and their affiliates
Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of the above
Residents of jurisdictions where participation in contests with skill- or point-based elements is prohibited by law

Void in Puerto Rico and any jurisdiction where the Challenge would be subject to registration or bonding.

2. How to Participate

Participants may earn points in the Callaway Leaderboard Challenge by engaging with features of the Leaderboard Golf mobile app. No purchase is necessary.

Points System:

1 point for every valid 18-hole round posted
0.5 points for every valid 9-hole round posted
Maximum 36 holes per calendar day (2 points max)

Bonus Opportunities:

1 additional point per player in a multiplayer game you host
Streak multipliers apply for consecutive weekly activity (posting or hosting)

All play must be legitimate. We reserve the right to verify posted rounds and hosted games. Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions will be rejected or removed.

3. Stat Challenges

Each week, Leaderboard will identify three statistical performance categories, such as:

Birdie or Better %
Bogey Avoidance
Fairways Hit %
Greens in Regulation
Scoring average (Par 3/4/5)
Putts per Round

Users automatically participate in stat challenges by logging qualifying rounds. Stats are pulled from valid game data tracked in the app.

4. Prizes and Winner Selection

Weekly Prizes:

1 weekly points winner (top verified point scorer)
3 stat winners (1 per weekly category)
Prize: A box of Chrome Tour golf balls per winner (ARV: $54.99 each)

Monthly Majors:

1 major winner per month based on cumulative points
Prize: Callaway gear (ARV and items vary month-to-month)

Season-Long Prize:

1 grand prize winner with the highest cumulative point total
Prize: A complete set of Callaway golf clubs — including irons, driver, wedges, and putter (ARV: up to $2,500).
Note: The golf bag is not included.

5. Prize Fulfillment and Conditions

Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their Leaderboard account. You must respond within 7 days with your:

Full name
Valid U.S. mailing address

If you fail to respond, we will follow up with one in-app message from Leaderboard’s CEO. If there is no response within 7 additional days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes will be shipped directly to the provided address. Leaderboard is not responsible for delivery issues or prize fulfillment delays beyond its control.

Tax Notice:

If the total value of prizes won in a calendar year exceeds $600, we may require the winner to complete an IRS Form W-9, and a Form 1099-MISC may be issued. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Fair Play and Disqualification

Leaderboard reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating or manipulation. This includes but is not limited to:

Fake or duplicate round submissions
Hosting games with fake accounts
Stat-padding or exploiting app mechanics
Attempts to exceed the 36-hole daily limit

All decisions related to disqualification and winner verification are final and non-negotiable.

Leaderboard reserves the right to adjust or reset point totals, remove suspicious rounds, or ban accounts engaging in misconduct.

7. Communications and Consent

Participation in the Challenge requires you to receive:

Push notifications
In-app messages
Email updates related to the Challenge

By participating, you consent to receive these communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but doing so may disqualify you from receiving updates or prize notifications for this Challenge.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, you grant Leaderboard and Callaway the right to use your:

Name
Username
Profile photo
General location (city, state)

...for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Leaderboard and Callaway are not responsible for:

Technical issues, service outages, or app malfunctions
Errors in stat tracking or scoring
Lost, delayed, or misdirected communications
Acts of God, weather events, pandemics, or other events beyond our control (“force majeure”)

Participants waive any and all claims against Leaderboard and Callaway arising from participation in the Challenge or acceptance/use of any prize.

10. Right to Modify or Cancel

Leaderboard reserves the right to:

Modify these Official Rules at any time
Cancel, suspend, or shorten the Challenge
Substitute prizes of equal or greater value
Make changes at the discretion of Leaderboard and Callaway

Any changes will be communicated via in-app notice and/or email.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Challenge and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Arbitration Clause:

Any dispute or claim relating to the Challenge shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver:
Participants agree that all claims must be brought individually, and not as a class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Privacy

Participation is subject to Leaderboard’s Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared with Callaway Golf for the purposes of prize fulfillment and promotional analysis. Data collected will only be used for purposes related to the Challenge and as described in our privacy terms.

By participating in the Callaway Leaderboard Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by Leaderboard Golf, Inc.
